ABSTRACT The adoption of quick and reliable laboratory techniques equipment to choose the best seed lots for marketing will influence production soybeans with superior physiological quality, among other areas in sector. Therefore, objective this study was evaluate CO2 concentrations produced by water-soaked soybean seeds verify effectiveness new help different vigor levels. To physical quality seeds, eight were evaluated following tests: water content, weight thousand first germination count, germination, electrical conductivity, emergence, respiration Pettenkoffer apparatus designed measure seeds. results subjected analysis variance means compared Tukey’s test at p ? 0.05.
